Service-Specific Policies

CV Review: Full refund if the delivered review does not meet the scope outlined at purchase. Mock Interview: Full refund if cancelled 24+ hours before the session. Late cancellations may receive a partial refund or rescheduling at no cost. Learning Portal: Digital content subscriptions may be cancelled within 14 days for a full refund if no modules have been accessed.

How to Request a Refund

Submit a refund request through the Contact page with your order ID and reason. Our team will review and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Disputes are escalated to our support team leads for resolution.
